THE HADAR STORY

Hadar was inspired by a dream; a dream to create a building company, founded on moral principles, integrity and a passion for excellence. Demonstrating credibility and reliability, Hadar Homes has quickly established itself in North Eastern Victoria.

Hadar employs over 30 full time staff members and 4 apprentices based in Yarrawonga and Wodonga. As the company has evolved and developed internally the direction has changed and the market broadened. The young company has helped put over 450 people into their dream homes and is now able to offer an in house drafting and design service that is fully adaptable to all clients needs.

Hard work and persistence has been recognized and in 2006 Hadar received its first Master Builders Award for Best Display Home under $200,000 which was won for their very first display home in Yarrawonga.

In November of that year, Hadar won the Business Excellence Award for Moira Shire. This was followed, in June of 2007, with two more awards from the Master Builders Association. The first for Best Custom Home up to $300,000. The second was a Special Commendation for the Best Custom Home $400,000 - $500,000.

Later in 2007, Hadar won two awards from the Housing Industry Association. The first of these was for Best Display Home over $350,000 for their Double Storey Display home in Yarrawonga and Best Custom House under $250,000 was won by a townhouse in Wagunyah Heights.

The people at Hadar are proud of what has been achieved but know that it is only the beginning.
