In a Town Rich with History, This Home Was Always Going To Have A Story of it’s Own

When this beautiful couple made the decision to move from Melbourne to Beechworth, their vision was clear – create a home that honour’s the town’s rich history and heritage charm.

Beginning with our Fairview 30 floorplan, and modifying it to suit their needs, we then brought their charming custom facade to life. Recycled red brick, lacework and corbel detailing, intricate glasswork to the entry door and sidelights, and decorative tiles that are a feature of the front verandah – each element chosen with intention.

And the story doesn’t end at the front door. The heritage influence flows all the way through the home – the red brick continues at the rear, decorative tiles reappear in the bathrooms, and the black cabinetry carries through the colours of the facade. It’s a perfect balance of paying tribute to the historic charm whilst maintaining quality, modern finishes.
