Some homes are memorable because of the design.

 

Others because of the people who live in them.

 

For us, this one is both.

When Travis first walked through our doors in 2009, he wasn’t looking for his forever home. He was simply ready to build the next chapter, choosing one of the first terraces we ever built in White Box Rise.

 

Seven years later, life had changed.

 

A growing family meant it was time for something bigger, and in 2016 Travis and Aimee returned to build again. Their second Hadar home became what is now known as the Lennox 29, designed for a busy family with two young boys and all the moments that come with raising them.

Now, almost two decades after that first conversation, we’ve had the privilege of handing them the keys for a third time.

 

This time, it’s different.

 

Set on half an acre, their Scottsdale has been designed as the home they’ll grow old in. A place where Christmas lunches spill onto the alfresco, where afternoons are spent beside the pool, where the shed is always full of projects, and where two energetic boys have room to run until they’re no longer boys at all.

With the pool now taking shape and plans for a classic white fence to border the front of the home, the vision is simple. They wanted the finished home to look exactly like the original render that first captured their imagination.

 

Inside, the palette is timeless.

 

Light and dark finishes work together to create crisp, clean spaces, with contrast used intentionally throughout the home. The kitchen strikes the perfect balance between elegance and practicality, featuring sleek handle-less cabinetry, stone benchtops and the absence of overhead cupboards, allowing the space to feel open, airy and connected to the rest of the home.

Like many clients building for a third time, Travis and Aimee knew exactly what mattered.

 

Some of those details are the ones you notice immediately. Others are the quiet luxuries that make everyday life easier. An integrated bin tucked neatly into the kitchen cabinetry. Plantation shutters that flood the home with natural light while maintaining privacy. A butler’s pantry positioned to overlook the future pool, making entertaining and family life feel effortless.

 

It’s those thoughtful decisions, refined through years of living in previous homes, that turn a beautiful house into one that’s deeply personal.

For Sales Consultant Travis, the project carried an extra layer of meaning.

 

“They’ve become clients who feel like family,” he says.

 

Over the past 17 years we’ve had the privilege of getting to know Travis, Aimee and their boys, watching their family grow through each chapter. We’ve even had the opportunity to build for their parents. Being trusted to help create the homes where life’s biggest milestones happen is something that never gets old.

After three homes together, people often ask if this will be the last.

 

The answer is probably.

 

After all, this is the forever home they’ve always dreamed of.

 

But if the future brings another chapter, perhaps an investment property one day to help set their boys up for the future, we’d be honoured to be part of that story too.

 

Because while we’ve built three houses together, what we’ve really built is a relationship spanning 17 years.

 

And that’s something we’re just as proud of as the home itself.
