Introduce them to Hadar Homes and, if they go ahead and sign a new home building contract with us, you’ll receive a $500 referral payment!

 

How it works:

 

1. Make an introduction
Refer someone who is considering building a new home with Hadar Homes.

 

2. They choose Hadar
If your referral proceeds and signs a new residential building contract with Hadar Homes…

 

3. You get $500!
You’ll receive a one-off $500 referral payment once the contract has been signed and the relevant conditions have been satisfied.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The referral must be a new enquiry and not someone already known to or actively engaged with Hadar Homes.
  • The referrer must be registered with Hadar homes by emailing the sales consultant before the client pays their deposit.
  • Only one $500 payment applies per client/building contract.
  • Where multiple referrals are received, payment will be made to the first eligible referrer recorded by Hadar Homes.
  • The payment is only payable once a valid building contract has been signed and relevant conditions have been satisfied.
  • If the contract is cancelled or does not proceed, the referral payment will not be payable.
  • Hadar Homes reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and amend or withdraw the program at any time.
  • The $500 referral payment will be provided as a prepaid Visa gift card, which can be used anywhere Visa prepaid cards are accepted.
