Graeme Lauridsen has over forty years of experience in leadership, management, and people development. He is the author of several books, most recently “The Legacy Leader.” He is passionate about helping organisations and people reach their highest potential. As our Chief Strategy Officer, he plays a crucial role in creating the strategies and processes that will position Hadar to serve the hopes and dreams of our clients for many years to come. When not at work, you will find him making any excuse to spend time with his grandchildren.

Travis Cartwright has been an integral part of the team for over 15 years and was instrumental in positioning Hadar Homes outside Yarrawonga and into the Albury Wodonga market. Travis truly encapsulates Hadar’s principles and values and loves the opportunity to get people into a new Hadar home. Travis has built two family home with Hadar, with his daughter recently also building with Hadar so he understands exactly how clients feel throughout the process of building a new house. Travis maintains a strong local network of industry professionals and also enjoys photography and videography in his spare time.

Andrew Beggs has been a vital part of the Hadar Homes team for more than 18 years. He has had over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in residential and commercial construction, project management and carpentry. Andrew oversee’s our construction division, sharing his time between Yarrawonga, Wangaratta & Wodonga and his keen expertise ensures that all the builds at Hadar Homes are built to the highest quality and run in budget. Andrew enjoys playing golf, football, tennis, water sports and has an interest in hot rods.

Amanda Wilson has a background in legal conveyancing which means she is perfectly suited to preparing building contracts, coordinating development applications and ensuring all the correct permits and development applications are acquired for Hadar Homes. She oversees job schedule management and is always lending a hand or ear, doing all she can to ensure that everyone’s jobs are running as smoothly as possible. Another long standing and valued team member, Amanda has been with Hadar 9 years & in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Jess Murfitt has grown up around the family business and has a true understanding of the principles and values that make up Hadar. She spent 8 years in Real Estate sales in Albury Wodonga which built many strong relationships in the local property market. Jess returned to the family business after having her fourth child and assists Rick in managerial roles within the business. She is passionate about the Hadar brand, handles all things marketing, works with the sales team to help them achieve their goals and just generally brings some fun to the office. Jess spends her spare time planning new house projects and loves the juggle of spending quality time with her beautiful family whilst enjoying the passion she has for her job.

Hayden Moon has had over 25 years in the field of architectural drafting and building design. He has a strong understanding of town planning principles and enjoys working closely with Hadar Homes customers to create their dream home. Several of the houses he has designed have won awards from the peak industry bodies including the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association.

Growing up around the family business, Matt could be found as a 5 year old on the job sites in Hadars’ early days. With over 15 years hands on experience, starting his carpentry apprenticeship with Hadar, Matt mastered the art of supervision and has an eye for detail along with great time management skills. His passion has shifted into property development as Matt supervised the bulk of Hadars’ investment homes for 8 years along with experience through his own property development portfolio. Matt is passionate about wealth creation and getting investors into positively geared projects. He is a great communicator and has an erray of hobbies, from bee keeping to fly fishing and home brewing so you’ll never be short of conversation points.

Ryan Hillas has over 15 years experience in the building industry, starting as an apprentice carpenter and once qualified working with different suppliers in the building trade giving him broad experience across the industry. Ryan’s greatest strength is his ability to be flexible amongst the team along with being a great communicator, encompassing Hadars’ values of integrity and taking pride in what he does. He works tirelessly with our suppliers and our estimating and sales team to ensure we are competitive and profitable.  When he’s not spending time with his family you will find him riding his motorbike and dreaming of his next tattoo (we promise he’s actually a big softy!).

Leading our drafting team is Ryan Viggor who comes with 20 years experience in the industry from working for building designers to large project builders. He is passionate about creating designs for our clients that are not only perfect for their needs and future but also a design that has good flow and feel. Ryan works with the drafting team and our production team to ensure deadlines are met and plays an important role in streamlining accuracy of designs and detail. Encompassing Hadars’ family values, he is a family man through and through who enjoys quality time spent with his wife and kids.

After completing his carpentry apprenticeship with a local builder, Pat Mitchell worked as a contractor for 5 years building new homes. His experience and knowledge of the residential building industry mean that he expects the highest standard of work from both himself and his tradespeople. Pat will guide you through the build process from the site cut to handing you the keys of your new home. Pat has been at Hadar Homes since 2014 and has personally supervised over 150 new homes. He spends his spare time with his family, catching big fish and being outdoors.

Dylan Beaver has had 10 years of experience in the domestic building industry and he prides himself on ensuring his customers have a positive and enjoyable experience as they build their dream homes. Dylan will be mostly found in one of our display homes across the border and loves the opportunity to meet new people each day. He is fantastic with the details and will ensure that you are never left in the dark when planning your new home. He is a local from the Albury Wodonga region and is now raising his own children in the area. Dylan enjoys skiing, snowboarding and growing bonsais.

Meg Boyd has a reputation for customer service that always exceeds expectations. Although she is a relatively new addition to our sales team, she comes with years of experience in the real estate and property development industry. She is a loyal local, born and bred in the Albury/Wodonga area and loves the region. Meg brings passion and enthusiasm to our team and loves nothing more than seeing local families build their dream home, embracing the quality and value of the Hadar experience.

Aydan has had over 18 years’ experience in the building trade including hands on site experience and 10 years of supervising. Aydan is passionate about building a high quality home, has great relationships with local trades and is very good at keeping the clients updated right throughout the build process. An Albury Wodonga local, you may have seen Aydan on the football field. Aydan has recently built his own dream family home with Hadar so understands exactly what it’s like start to finish as a client.

Moving from an experienced, A-grade carpenter into a supervising role was a natural transition for Heath within our team. He has a great eye for quality craftsmanship and is always willing to learn. Heath has been in the industry 12 years and is extremely personable, valuing the clients experience from the first meeting on-site on to handing over the keys to their home. He loves his family, footy and you’ll occasionally find him around the golf course.

With more than 22 years of experience in the building industry, Tim West brings a deep knowledge of the craft and a passion for delivering exceptional results. His career began with a solid carpentry background, and over the years, Tim has gained expertise in every aspect of the building process. He’s a people person at heart, and he thrives on building strong relationships with clients and tradespeople alike. For Tim, the best part of his job is seeing the completed home at the end of the project—a moment of pride handing over the keys to his clients. Outside of work, Tim is family-oriented and enjoys golfing, finding time to hit the green whenever possible. He’s also passionate about travel and always looking forward to experiencing new cultures and adventures with his family.

Cody Murfitt’s journey began in 2004 as an apprentice carpenter on the Hadar job sites, in his hometown of Yarrawonga. With over 20 years of experience, Cody has become a hands-on leader with a remarkable ability to build strong relationships with tradespeople on site, creating the ideal team to deliver quality homes. As someone who married into the family business, Cody is deeply passionate about the values that define Hadar—quality craftsmanship and honoring the client’s vision. His dedication goes beyond the work; he’s the kind of person who you’ll find in the trenches, always willing to lend a hand when it matters most. Extremely hard working, Cody is a family man who you will find enjoying the great outdoors with his family at any opportunity he gets. Fishing, hunting and mountain bike riding are some things that lights him up on the weekends!

Mitch Glover is no newcomer to the industry, spending 14 years as a refrigeration technician before joining Hadar. He is passionate about the building process and being able to walk clients through, step by step, from sketch to handing over the keys.

Mitch has a very genuine and down to earth approach encompassing Hadar’s values of honour and integrity. His can-do attitude ensures our clients finish their home not only with a quality home but a great experience making him a great asset to our team. You will find him in his spare time enjoying the footy & cricket, or getting out in the great outdoors with his wife and two children.

With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Karen Reynolds brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her extensive career has given her the opportunity to collaborate on countless projects, helping clients bring their visions to life. Karen is passionate about working closely with clients to build their dreams and ensure every detail is brought to fruition. She is known for being incredibly relatable and down-to-earth, always making clients feel comfortable and heard. When she’s not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Whether it’s enjoying quality time at home or going on new adventures.

With 17 years of experience in the building industry, Luke is a great asset to the Hadar team. Based in our Wangaratta office, he has lived local and been around the building industry his entire life building relationships with locals and trades. Luke has earnt alot of respect on the building sites and has a loyal trades following. He prides himself on providing an exceptional experience to his clients with his favourite moment being the one where he hands over the keys to happy clients. In his spare time, you’ll find him working on his own houses or playing football at the Wangaratta Rovers. His loyal following of the club has earnt him a life membership.

Jason is a born and bred Wangaratta local with an extremely hard work ethic. He works hard on meeting clients needs and exceeding their expectations and takes great pride in having happy clients at the end of the day. On top of supervising, Jason can be found in the trenches, always keen to help someone out which has earnt him great respect with the local trades. He spends his spare time outdoors, hunting and fishing or doing a litte travel if he can get away.

Jackie Stevens has been working in the building industry for over 25 years. She is passionate about the local area and comes to our team with a wealth of experience and a love for people. Jackie enjoys meeting new clients and helping them design their dream home. In her spare time Jackie enjoys walking Lake Mulwala and spending time with friends, family and her grandchildren.

Craig Startin has been involved in the building industry for 20 years and has a passion for building quality homes. His attention to detail and uncompromising commitment to getting things right every time make him a valued member of the Hadar team. He is an excellent communicator and always there for a laugh.  On weekends you may find him spending time with his family, fishing, camping or coaching one of his kids many sporting teams, passionate about passing on his knowledge to the next generation. You’re in safe hands when Craig’s involved!
